Ideas for new mod soldier npc

is there a mod similar to that of allied npc cats for company only that you have npc soldiers to place in the various areas or on board the vehicles?
if it doesn't exist it would be nice I think a mod with gods
npc allies to supply with weapons and ammunition, and the production of firearms.
