[Mod Request] Chest Destroyed Contents get's spilled all over the ground
Whenever a Biter or Explosion Destroys a Chest or Box the contents gets spilled like when your inventory shrinks and gets spilled all over instead of disappearing and getting lost.

The Recycling Deconstruction returns items as ingredients from the entity's recipe by deconstructing / mining of them.
The Active Provider Looting Chest is a chest, that pick up items from the ground, by default around the chest, but you can select the area by adding X and Y as coordinate (or R and A as radius and angle) virtual signal via circuit connection, or set filters to pick up spilled items.
