Damage amplifier module for turrets, and other stuff

i have an idea for a mod that adds a item that goes on the tank grid (mod) that gives bonus damage, fire rate or range, but i think that is limited by hardcode.
i think you guys can make a modules that can change damage, fire rate and range on turret, it will open a lot of possible mod types, also, turrets with modules its a very cool way of customizing the defenses.
