Looking For Mod/ night but withouth darkness

Hello,
is there a mod which removes day-night cycle but keep the night effect on solarpanelss?
Have already long day-night mod but still not happy. If not I think I will install always day and remove solarpanels.

You can use perfect night vision.

The only problem using a modded more advanced "Perfect" night vision, is that it doesn't kick in until the brightness already falls below about 80%. so there's a clear brightness change as it ticks on/off.
