A mod that lets you manually control pipes connections?

I've tried searching and various pipe mods come up but none of them clearly indicate they do this that I've seen. Something I find frustrating (especially when working with refineries) is that any time you put a pipe next to another pipe, or a factory inlet/outlet it always connects, and alot of time I could build more compact, less convoluted designs if I had manual control over this. So, is there a mod that makes this possible?
