Can't build railway roundabout

Some mod, where will be calculated roundabout length and will always destroy it when it was too short.

How can a roundabout be too short? Too short for what? All the roundabouts I've build where just the smallest circle possible.

An they must be destroyed automatically. Just like disappearing row in tetris.

I think what darkfrei is asking for is a mod that prevents you from building (unsafe? inefficient? not sure what word to use) roundabouts by detecting if a small roundabout has just been built and, if it has, destroying it and giving you back the rail items.
