see upgrade planner and make sure trees is checked

it can (when checked):
- remove trees
- remove rocks
- pickup dropped items
- remove/pickup turrets/ammo
- upgrade entities


eg.
- press up-off to turn it on
- up-on is visible: the deconstruction planner is now functioning as an upgrade planner.
- make sure the tree checkbox on the left is checked.
- drag the deconstruction planner over some trees

note: when your inventory is full the wood will just vanish.
