The idea is to transmit an information without circuit network cables.
Every object that can be an information source for circuit network (storage tank, chest, combinator) has a property "Id", object can be refereed by this id.
Special object, combinator like, named like "Distant receiver", can receive an information from any information source inside some area, by given id, that user also enters in object properties window;
The area of signal can be defined by some sort of radio tower, with coverage area like 200x200, and signal reach between towers 400x400 like big electric pole. Or just be the same as robotic logistic network.
This represents almost same abilities as wires, but without spending time on connecting them.
