Incremental Reactors

Go play this for a little bit. Trust me, if you like Factorio, you're gonna love this.

Getting Started

--Press the "Scrounge for cash" button 10 times. You now have $10.
--Click on the Single Uranium Cell that just lit up. Click on any square in the reactor's grid to build one.
--Watch the power bar as time goes by, when it hits 10, press the green arrow in the top right corner to freeze time. It should change into 2 yellow pause bars.
--While you wait for the previous to occur, click the -Heat button, sits right below the red heat bar in the top left corner. You'll be removing heat from the reactor this way for a while.

Now that that's out of the way. Imagine having that within Factorio itself. Of course, there'd need to be a few extra steps, like first reinforcing the ground to be able to build the reactor modules on. (New terrain type. Reactor modules can only ever be built upon this particular terrain type.) Upgrades and higher tiers of reactor modules would have to be researched before being manufactured and placed. (More research. Maybe even a separate branch.)



TL;DR: Taking a game I found over on Kongregate and replicating it into Factorio as a way to build Nuclear Reactors. Should really be called Incremental Reactors though.
