[Request] A.N.T (Autonomous Nano Teleporter)

Hello everyone, I'm hoping someone will be able to take this up.

My idea / request for a mod is a mish mash of several mods / and at least one request that I know of.
Having an endgame tech/item that feels endgame but not too overpowered.
With A.N.T a player can have immediate access to any items requested in the personal inventory, or available in a buffer chest, as long as both are in a logistics network and scanner range. This will allow a player quicker access to resources when wanting to build outposts without having to rely on logistics robots.
This would be for players who do want to be building things without having to worry about going back for resources or having a stream of robots coming to feed.

TLDR;
A.N.T is an endgame technology that allows the teleportation of items to a players inventory, within the logistics network

Objectives:
Personal logistics teleporter (4x4 in size)
Power consumption - 1Mw ?
Secondary:
Items requested to inventory and teleported
Items permanently available if in a applicable buffer chest

Conditions:
Must have launched a rocket
Must have researched logistics
Must have researched teleportation (A.N.T) - White science technology
Player must be within a powered logistics network
Items must be a in buffer chest
Buffer chest must be in a powered logistics network
Buffer chest must be within a powered radar range
Logistics robots do not deliver to player if technology and equipment are installed

I hope most of my request made sense and that is feasible.
Would really appreciate it if someone is able to achieve this, my programming skills are next to non existent.
