Some logistical improvments

First three wide spliters: These spliters that will split a belt into three, or combine three belts into one. Rather that split 50/50 it should split it 33/34/33 . A three wide spliter would find some use i'm sure.

Filter spliters: Just because i want to put two items on the same belt doesnt mean im going to need them at the same time.

Overhead belts: for the love of everything holy why hasn't anyone thought of this?

Electrified rails: It seems strange that train signals, and stops have lights but don't require power. Maybe a good way to transport power long distances w/o the need of large electric poles.

I would do these but i'm knee deep in my own mod.
