[posila] [1.1.3] Error loading save with imported blueprint library: "false was not true"

Steps to reproduce:
  1. get blueprint storage file(attached below)
  2. download save game from viewtopic.php?f=30&t=92195 (it's possible other saves work, but this one works for sure)
  3. try to load the save file, it will crash shortly after loading
to fix this it's enough for me to do the following:
  1. load any other save game
  2. move all recipes out of the library and move them back again
  3. that's it, problem solved
the library with most blueprints was imported from 1.0 to 1.1 when the 1.1 branch was just made public, could be part of an issue.

Thanks for the report, especially for providing both save and the blueprint library.
Fixed for 1.1.6
