Re: [16.12] Crash on blueprint book use from inventory: "LogisticPointFilters::setLogisticFilter"
Extending this, as it is likely related to my crash: blueprints with modded storage chests cause hard crash. Confirmed by two more people.
It's a new bug introduced some time after 16.7. In 16.7 no crash occurs (tested). In 16.12 (latest experimental) it crashes.
It seems to affect every modded logistic chest, does not matter if it's from angel's logistics, or bob's logistics.
Crash happens both on creating a blueprint (after letting go of the green box selector), or on selecting a blueprint from an older factorio version containing a modded logistics chest (tested blueprint from 16.7). (This thread was probably originally created about the second kind of crash-trigger). Placing the blueprint (if it was created in 16.7, as you cant create one in 16.12) is not necessary - simply selecting the blueprint containing a storage chest from inventory, already causes the crash.
Content and location of the storage chest are irrelevant.
Provider chests are not affected as far as I know.
Edit: Attached example crash log from selecting a blueprint from inventory which contains a modded logistic chest (only content).

Re: [16.12] Crash on blueprint book use from inventory: "LogisticPointFilters::setLogisticFilter"
It also crashes when creating a new blueprint from a modded logistic chest.

Can someone upload a sample mod that shows the crash?

I don't understand... you uploaded a zip of a set of mods and a save but the set of mods won't load in 0.16.12.
How is it possible you uploaded the wrong zip? Isn't it just "copy folder"?

Ok, I found what was wrong and it's now fixed for the next version of 0.16.
