[15.9] Construction Robot Stuttering/Glitch

I'm not sure what condition triggers this but sometimes, construction robots deployed from the personal roboport glitch and do not return to inventory. They stutter, attempt to return, then go back to stuttering. I watched this for about 2 minutes. Moving the vehicle position does not cause the bots to move. They seem to move every 35 seconds or so and return to the same spot, regardless of whether or not I use any movement keys.
