[0.12.6] [kovarex] Minor visual bug: tree particles shed while harvesting concrete

It seems unintended, and hopefully also relatively simple:

- begin harvesting a tree, but stop before it gets destroyed
- place some concrete or stone brick (try a 4x4 block of it)
- harvest the concrete/stone brick by holding the right mouse button

Notice the tree is shedding leaves and such, as if you were still harvesting it.
