[Genhis][2.0.15] Cancelling upgrade does not cancel requests for nonexistent upgrade slots

1. What did you do?
   1. Used Alt+U upgrade planner to schedule an upgrade for an assembly 2 to assembly 3.
   2. Used map view to get ghost speed modules in hand and ctrl+click to schedule module insertion to all slots.
   3. Used Alt+U upgrade planner to shift+click unschedule assembly machine upgrade.
   4. Cancelled plans for module slots 1 and 2 manually by opening entity panel and right clicking the modules.
2. What happened?
   1. Plan indicators for module slots 3 and 4 remained.
3. What did you expect to happen?
   1. Module slots 3 and 4 should be automatically cleared as assembly 2 does not support them.
4. Does this happen always?
   1. Yes.
