[1.1.5] No Mineable Resources

Miners are sometimes showing as "No Mineable Resources" even though they are on a patch.

I have never seen this in vanilla. I assume this must me mod related.
We would need an exact list of mods, ideally the savefile, in order to help you troubleshoot.
Logfiles are also nice because they contain more information in general, maybe even some warnings or error messages.

A savefile, modded or unmodded would be very helpful in investigating the issue. It can be the one you took the screenshot from
