[0.17.38]Screen flips each frame.

Launched Factorio on Steam. During loading process screen either were in right state or flipped. After game loaded screen started flipping upside down each frame. Mouse coordinates worked fine and i still could press buttons that i wanted. I decided to reload the game and game crashed so i couldn't even make a screenshot because steam's F12 doesn't react fast and print-screen just outputs blank black image. I put log file below.

Using laptop HP 650.
Video card: Intel HD Graphics 3000
OS: Windows 7

EDIT: Just checked stable version 0.16.51. Nothing like that happenes in there.

Try to install this Windows Update on your computer (it installs d3dcompiler_47.dll): https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.co ... =KB4019990

Because it's not present, the game uses OpenGL, which seems to be bugged on the graphics driver you are using. Given the iGPU you have is fairly old, there might not be better driver available, so making Direct3D work should be better option.

It is weird. 0.16.51 works fine for me. .-.

0.17 has new rendering code and thus requires newer versions of graphics libraries.

Did you manage to install the Windows Update? If not, unzip the attached DLL to the folder that contains Factorio.exe
