Crash and other things

I appeal to you today because my computer or my game has problems. I made the aquisision of my new computer 2 years ago, in the beginning everything went well but day I had a bug, I re start the games me disans "It is normal the game is not still finished blah blah blah "but after 2 years I think that having the same bug all after 10 see 20 minutes arrive is redundant and it gives me no desire to play this game (while I already 300H of games), I was fed up. If you could help me it would be cool because I do not know what to do.

Graphic card: asus but I took the one I was having for cause of copatibiliter and it is a nvidia langda.
RAM: 2x 4GB DDR3 + 8GB DDR3
