[0.17.4] Inserter not working until manipulated (Savegame attached)

[0.17.4] Inserter not working until manipulated (Savegame attached)

Attached 0.17.4 savegame has a fast inserter at (-106, -27) that does not extract plastic from a chem plant even though it could.

Rotating the inserter and rotating it back into its original orientation causes it to start working.

Thanks for the report. Do you have any way to reproduce a working inserter getting into this "stuck" state?

Had the same problem. I can't reproduce it because it's a longer time ago.
For me this happened with 0.17.17. Got pretty sure build with personal robots if this helps.

Attached the first save the station existed.
The station is down left a bit. Mods used only mazeworld and bottleneck.
