I was running tests earlier and noticed that (at least for cliffs) there was no change between 17% and 133% Frequency, they looked identical, however above 133% I did notice a slight increase in cliffs. I can post pictures if you would like.

On a related note, I expected cliffs to be disabled when the slider is at the left-most position.

I noticed this issue too, however the setting does work, just not as much as I would expect.
I'm attempting to generate a new map using 0.17.1 with Seed 1987281371 with all settings set to default except Cliff Frequency.
There appears to be not as much difference in cliff generation between the default setting (100%) and the lowest setting (17%) as I would expect there to be. Based on the information displayed in the GUI I would expect roughly 5x less cliffs. Based the diff provided below (The pink highlights are differences in the two images taken from the game, I used this website to do so: https://www.diffchecker.com/image-diff ) there appears to be roughly 75% of the original cliffs still intact.

I see 2 issues here:
1) The slider works above 100%, but does not seem to work below 100%
The 600% works as expected: As does the 100% But the 17% looks the same as 100% 2) It appears that the lowest the slider can go is 17%. Was the removal of the 0% / None / Disabled option intentional?

A continuity all the way down turns off cliffs. It works, but is not as intuitive a frequency all the way down.
