[0.16.51] Crash: "Item stack doesn't have item while saving"

Everytime I try t connect to a Multiplayer game (server) of a friend. After i entered the password the server saved the map so i can download it.
After that the game try to catch up the map. But at this point i get the Error message.

Did your friend create the map he's playing in the map editor? Or edit it in the map editor? There's a known bug with giving yourself a stack with a size of 0 through the map editor having this crash.
