[0.16.22] Robot hanging with no space in logistics network

When deconstructing a distant roboport I had a construction robot at my base telling "no space in network" which is not true.

Also there are 2 other robots hanging deconstructed roboports but in area of another roboport and signaling the same (you can find them by clicking the warning icon).

Do you have storage chests somewhere with free space in them?
I'm not 100% sure but it needs to be a storage chest I think.

Of course I have free storage chests in that network.

Thanks for the report. Unless you can reproduce the problem on a blank 50x50 map there's not much we can do.

I suspect one of the 50+ mods you have is messing with things but I have no idea which one.
