[kovarex] [16.15] Crash on: "TransportBeltConnectable::updateRotationPoint"

Just got a random crash so I thought it would be useful to share the logs.

I would also add that the game froze yesterday for a couple of seconds but resumed normally.

I wasn't doing anything special (I was placing belts I think) so I can't really help about the origin of the crash.

I investigated that and tried to reproduce it, but without success.

From the dump, it seems almost like you fast replaced a ghost of a belt to a real belt of different kind with same direction.
I tried to reproduce and poke around, and everything seems to be fine, I couldn't reproduce anything, but I wouldn't be surprised if there was some error in the logic.
Dont you, by a chance, have the last autosave before the crash? Did it happen again some other time? And obviously, if you have a way to reproduce it, it would be best.

I am afraid not I am really sorry. When it happened I reloaded the game and did more or less the same thing without the game crashing again so I didn’t think of the save file and I have no idea what happened. I was building smelting columns so I have no clue how to reproduce it since I wasn’t doing anything in particular.

I’ll be sure to keep track of the save file next time however.
