Game not starting with any razer programs [0.15.18]

When I start the game on steam for the first time with razer synapse and razer cortex, the game will not launch. It will saying on steam that I'm playing it for about 10 sec, and then go back to online status. I have to close this programs and then launch the game. If the game will start I can quit it, launch programs and then launch game with no problem.

It creates no window and no log file.

What OS version and Razer Synapse do you have? Also what Razor hardware do you have?

• Keyboard, mouspad, mouse and headset are all Razer hardware, apparently the mousepad (firefly) is the issue
• Friend has same keyboard and a Naga wired mouse - no issues
• Someone else has a Deathstalker (azerty version) - no issues
