So I've been playing for a while, but I've recently ran into a problem where my game crashes after a few minutes of play. I've tried disabling the steam overlay, and using the following flags:
--force-opengl
--force-d3d
--force-d3d --graphics-quality=low --max-texture-size=4096 --video-memory-usage=medium
Attached is the save I'm working with as well as the latest log. I'm so damn close to getting those last few achievements, so I hope my save isn't screwed somehow
I have a Radeon 7900 with the latest stable drivers, intel i7, running win7 64-bit.

Is it bound to a specific safe or does it happen on a new map as well?

I tried your save and ran it past the point it says it crashed in the log file without any issues.
Are you able to reproduce the issue on another computer or has anyone else with the same save been able to reproduce the issue?
