[0.14.20] Trains leaving station before full

Hi!

Some of my trains leave their loading stations before they are full, even though the only condition set is "Full cargo inventory". Not sure what proof to post here, starting with save, screenshot and log excerpt for mod list.

I don't really understand what the issue is. You show the departure condition of the station that loads the train, while the train actually is in the station that unloads it and are surprised that the train is not full while in the process of being unloaded?
If I misunderstood, then please do the following:

1. .zip and upload your complete mod folder (best not upload to the forum but to dropbox, google... and post the link)
2. post a save file where the player is next to a train that is being loaded and will depart before being full
