Multiplayer weird freezes /newest version

So When I play a game of multiplayer at some point the game will freeze up, the weird part being I can still zoom in and out with the camera, I can still move the cursor and select things from the inventory. But I am not able to move or place anything, every other player freezes for me aswell. This happens after what seems to be a random amount of time everytime I play multiplayer on any server. The game doesnt shut down or send a error message it just stops. I then have to use task manager to shut it down. As soon as the game stops my entire internet connection (I dont even know how this is posssible) shuts down including WLAN and other PCs. After some minutes the connection will eventually restart.

I dont get any options to send a crash log since the game technically doesnt crash. Is there a way I can get them manually? All i find in %appdata%\Factorio are desync logs.

There is no real use troubleshooting .13 anymore especially if it concerns MP, as it is likely fixed in .14 already. If it happens in the latest version of the game as well let us know.
