[Pending] debian 16.04 freezes about every 30 seconds

I have tried the 4 ideas from the graphics forum first and nothing is working.
I didn't have this issue before the forced update of 0.13.19.
I am not sure what more information I can add so I will wait for you to ask me.

I have tried to fix the issue by turning down every graphic.ini file that I could.

I have tired the beta version 14 and I still get the same issue.
So the beta version 14 doesn't fix the issue.
