[0.13.9] [Pending] crash on server timeout during saving

Steps to reproduce:

• connect to a multiplayer server
• server starts timing out
• hit escape and try to save
• wait for server to completely time out
• A message box pops up (about the server timing out and the game not being able to continue)
• Tadah, unhandled exception!
