[0.12.33] [Pending] Desync on MP server mod on this save

Reproducing:
1. start a headless peer running this world:

Code: Select all

cp saves/bob-world-4{-desync-on-load,}.zip && bin/x64/factorio --start-server bob-world-4
2. join with a Windows x64 client (with the multiplayer username 'Narc')
3. wait a couple of seconds -- it should desync reliably

Thanks for the report,

Does it desync without the mods?
If it doesn't then you will have to track down which mod is responsible

Honestly, I just posted this because Rseding91 wanted to have a look; I'm unclear whether he has or not, but I'm okay to keep the files in place for a while longer so it's a moot point.

I don't believe the desync on join happens without mods, but removing the mods also removes a large number of entities and items from the world. At this point, I've played onward from this save enough that I'm sick of fighting it -- if you guys want to investigate further, it'll still be there until I remember to delete it (in a couple of months, probably), but otherwise I'm perfectly willing to just call it a won't fix.
