It wasn't located in the assembler, where it should have been once completed. All the components simply disappeared and I was left with no airplane. It didn't magically transfer into my inventory either.
It really sucks because it take a really long time to get those components, and they're gone forever so I can't just start re-assemblng again.

This is in the campaing?
There it is only a goal.
And there is no plane to fly with in the game right now. In the sandbox/freeplay mode you even can not produce it.

Could not reproduce in 0.12.29, the plane sat in the assembling machine until I picked it up and won.

Do you have a savegame or an autosave where you can reproduce the issue?
