[0.12.24] Steam - Game crashes shortly after save load

So after the game prompted me that there is a new version, and updating failed (probably my PCs fault), I installed the Game from Steam.

I started the game, mods and all still loaded. I loaded the save I was currently playing (I was on Version 1.12.20), and after about a minuted, the game kinda froze and then told me that there was an unexpected and that I should post the log-file.

Which I'm doing here right now.

And I tried starting it again, this time it crashed at the loading screen of the game.

So no Steam Version for me for now.

The crash logs show you're running Windows XP 32 bit.

It's entirely possible that your save game requires more RAM than the 32 bit application can use. That, or there are enough entities now in game that it's over loading the VRAM requirements on your graphics card (1GB I believe for the GeForce GTS 450 you have).

If you open Task Manager and view the Factorio process as you load your game what does the memory usage show right before it crashes? That should show if it's hitting the 32 bit RAM limit.

I should also add: if you are running out of RAM a 64 bit operating system with more RAM would let you continue the save game.

Well, I uninstalled the Steam Version, uninstalled the old version (because it behaved strange after that) and reinstalling the old version (i.e. 0.12.20), I could load the save again and play the gamge without any problems.

So the probably seems to have something to to with any of the changes made after 0.12.20 or it has to do with the steam versionl

Can you please upload your save and mod set?

The save is already overwritten (and I highly doubt that it had something to do with that particular save), but I attached a screenshot of my modlist (they're all enabled).

Well, unless you can't reproduce it anymore, there isn't much we can do. I also highly suspect the fact, that you were running 32 bit version of Factorio with mods.
