Exact reason unknown, desync happened for all people on the server.
Maybe a space ship arriving at solar edge
When i tried to reconnect to the server it immediately desynced again.

I do not know, i checked first 2 desyncs and they are all trash because of the amount of differences. I know of at least one desync i was investigating on the ExpGaming SA0 MP server which is fixed for 2.0.12. Without proof that this is the same desync here and one that i fixed, this goes to the Pending.

Server owner here, firstly thanks so much for investigating this live; next I'll provide some context while its fresh in case it ever comes up again.
Through out the day there were three periods of constant desync on join:
- The first two reports here are from the first period, it was resolved with a server restart.
- The one from Jeroen is from the second period, it resolved itself after a while.
- And the one boskid investigated was from the third period, also resolved by a restart after boskid produced a clean desync report.
Each desync period exhibited similar behaviour of desync on join except for one or two players, and the first player joining not having any issues probably because of auto pause being enabled. So it is likely these had the same root cause but as boskid says there is not sufficient proof for this.
