[2.0.8]Sometimes burner mining drills will start running with no fuel

I haven't been able to narrow down how to reproduce this, but when playing early game sometimes when I place a burner mining drill it will immediately start active when placed. It runs for a few seconds before it quickly runs out of its phantom fuel. I've only observed it happening when they're first placed. For the first few times I thought I imagined it and thought I might have accidentally placed some coal in, but I observed it several times now so it seems to be real and not imagined.

Thanks for the report however without a way to reproduce this, there's nothing to do.
