[SOLVED][1.1.104] Crash when loading into the main menu

every time i try to open up the game, when im around 50% into the loading screen a "unexpected error occurred" weirdly enough i can still play the game with the error up, but if i close the error window the game also closes completely.

i have tried to update my graphics card driver, i have tried to uninstall and reinstall and nothing works

the error window just says to post on this forum for help

This almost looks like it's crashing in something that has hooked into the game.

Can you try closing everything else on your computer and see if it still crashes? If it does, re-open things 1 at a time until finding what's causing it.

no still dosent work even with zip file. the file attached is the zip file crash

im pretty sure, maybe i should try to uninstall steelseries?

yeah it worked no problem since i got this pc

i have around 250 hours in factorio i just took a month or 2 break so i dont know why all of the sudden it wont open
