[1.1.103] game crashes on exit

Factorio crashes on every exit. It does not matter if you try to quit normally, alt+f4 quit, alt+f4 on first loading screen ("loading sprites" etc),auto restart after update, restart after changing mods, etc,etc.
I switched from steam Version to Standalone but its still crashing.

You have RivaTuner installed, try disabling that.

no change after removing (completly uninstalled) RivaTuner.
also tested closing every application, had only Factorio running, same problem

Does it crash after restarting your computer? Has it ever worked normally for you?

Yes it is also crashing after a fresh reboot.
Worked for me for the longest time normally.
I can't pin point the exact date when it started but I think middle of december. No major changes in/on my PC that could have started that, but while the problem exits I went through multiple Windows Updates, GPU Drivers Updates, etc.

Can you try closing all other programs and then launch Factorio and see if it crashes on exit? If yes, can you post the log file from that crash?
