the game crashes, I tried to disable autosave, but it doesn't help

If autosave is enabled, the crash occurs with it. If it is turned off, then after about 30-60 minutes of the game, you are thrown to the desktop

Based on your description your save file is already corrupted and the crash is just the point where the first consistency check actually fails, so this is likely not fixable.
