Two crashes are plaging my 268 hour save file (see link for save file (OneDrive link))

it is either: FluidBox::PipeConnection::calculateFlowSpeed -- random.../ rng
or: FluidBox::saveTarget (during a (auto)save) -- hard to replicate

Explanation:
I have no idea what is causing it, only that it is related to fluids.
And i have a lot of Italian spaghetti worth of pipes... especially in orbit of the planet Nauvis..
but it now seem to happen consistently ether immediately after loading or within just a minute or just a few minutes...
the save one is hard to catch since it only seems to happen during an auto save.
anyway it has now hard-locked my save...
Background of the save file:
I will keep it short, its big and a bit messy.
Massive train network on Nauvis connecting nearly everything, space elevator, Italian spaghetti space base. and the other planets are not much better....
What was i doing:
I rely don't like spaghetti, so i "rushed" "spaceships" & "space elevator" so i could mass transport resources between surfaces.
Created circuit conditions to automate delivery of "Buildings" between Nauvis and Nauvis orbit using trains.
Started to build my first actual space station in orbit of another planet (the one where my character is on when you load the game).
Created circuit conditions to automate delivery of "Buildings" and resources using spaceships to Miochin orbit, with furure support to handle multiple planets
Started building on Miochin with in earnest...
Game keeps crashing with the same crash sometime it takes 5 minutes then it happens immediately

Looks random, so it is likely a system stability issue. If you can reproduce it reliably post a save and exact steps to make it crash.

currently to reproduce it:
1. drastically increase the frequency of the auto save.
set it to like every minute that seems to trigger FluidBox::saveTarget crash (not with every auto save tho)
2. load the save file and wait... between zero seconds to 20 min the game dies on its own... with the FluidBox::PipeConnection::calculateFlowSpeed crash
it is simply unpredictable... but at least its some what consistent....
i tried booting is several times to capture the error again and again and had no problem in recreating the error in this way

A reliable reproduction would happen at the same tick every time for a given save file. If there's ever variance then it strongly means the issue is hardware.
Neither of those steps you provided are reliable and both strongly suggest your system is instable/has bad hardware.

i will update all drivers and firmware on my PC. when i get home from work later today.
if that resolves the issue i will let you know for future reference.
i will also try to see if i can reproduce the issue an older laptop i have laying around.

the Issue has been resolved by updating the drivers and firmware of my PC.
