[1.1.53] Crash on launch with Razer Chroma

Game Crashes on launch. As soon as I hit play, the game opens, goes to 3% and crashes every time.

Steps That I have Done:
I haven't played this game in a few weeks. And the issue just started to happen.
Restarted PC
Uninstalled/Reinstalled Game
Uninstalled/Reinstalled Steam
Removed every Factotio file off PC
I disabled my antivirus
Replaced my %APPDATA%\Factorio with a friends.

Try disabling razer chroma, see 101579.

Are you using any special setup or not-the-latest-razer-chroma software? We specifically haven't changed the Razer code since it was added to the game over a year ago so if it's now crashing it's entirely likely it's due to something outside of our control.

However, there's always the small possibility that we are doing something wrong.
