Bitter Hive Spawns after save load or suspend issue

We have a group save on a headless server. We have suspend set when no active players. However using 2.0.15 introduced a new issue i noticed yesterday. In a recent save we established exterior boundry walls. There were dishes and visibility and each breach was handled. However, today I resumed the first time today and found then entire interior of the based filled with the hives of the prior version 2.0.13 all in their original locations. Not sure how I could replicate this but I have a prior save and will try. Posting here in case others can.
