Issues Scrolling Through Blueprint Book of Upgrade/Deconstruction Planners

My search found no results, so I wanted to report this just in case the team is not aware.

I have a blueprint book of my various upgrade planners and deconstruction planners. When holding a the book and using shift+scroll it does a weird flash of different planner names but then snaps back to whatever it started at. Extra note: Book of normal blueprints seems to scroll just fine, it's only this book of upgrade/deconstruction planners. This is on a multiplayer server if that is relevant.

Thank you for the report, unfortunately I was not able to reproduce observed behavior.

Could you provide the the save file?

Also, do you have some custom key bindings?

I have a gif of it happening from yesterday (One of my server mates was having the same issue, I'm not crazy I swear! lol) but it does appear to be working as intended this morning. The gif didn't upload properly with the initial thread, but I cropped it down and it appears to be attached now. I will attach our server save file for public judgement.
