[1.1.109] Wrong items returned when canceling crafting queue

Apologies for this being a modded playthrough, but I don't believe it is mod related. First and only time this happened.

I was crafting 40 items, which included iron sticks as an ingredient. After making 15 of said items, I decided to shift-right click to cancel the remaining crafting queue. Instead of being returned the iron plates that would have been used for the item, I was instead returned iron gears(an item not even being used for what I was crafting). I believe it was the amount of iron gears I would have gotten had I used all the iron plates to make gears. I would have expected iron plates to be returned to me. This was a one-off occurrence, with ongoing attempts to reproduce. Attached are my files.

Thanks for the report however without steps to reproduce the issue I can't do anything.

If you figure out how to reproduce it, let us know.
