[1.1.70] Razer Chroma support stops working after locking PC

1. Lock and unlock PC
2. Chroma support stops working until exiting to main menu
3. I expected Chroma support to work right after unlocking PC
4. It happens every time

Thanks for the report however I can't reproduce this. When I test; it all works as expected and keeps working.
