Assembler takes productivity module out of existance when selected

I was clicking on a productivity module (version 2) in a level 3 assembler while the assembler was functioning. The productivity module dissapeared, I was able to do this two or three times. This happened on 0.17.72

Can you provide a save game showing the problem?

Are you sure the module didn't just go into the ingredient slot?

what was the assembler producing?
If you insert a prod 2 module in assembler that produces prod module 3 the prod 2 module will be used for the next prod 3 module.
