When I load a savegame, a random belt change his direction. I definitely don't do this by accident.

Do you have mods installed?
Has this happened more than once?
Is it the same belt each time, or different belts?
I would say, post the save game and tell us how to reproduce, but since its the save functionality that you believe to be the issue, that doesn't seem like it would work.
How do you know you know you didn't do it by accident?
If you were zoomed out, and hit r without noticing, it might have rotated a belt you hovered over without your notice.

[0.17.64] Belts rotating themselves
Started a new game on with the .64 release with a few QOL mods. During gameplay I noticed that I would get random issues with the factory, and when I locate the issue it is always a belt turned when it should not be. I have never seen this occur on-screen, only when I have left the area and come back later. I do not know what might be causing it and I do not see any pattern of occurrences or location.
Here are 2 turned belts, one near player on the gear belt, and the other north of the player on the split iron/gear belt.
Here are furnaces I put down via blueprint and was functioning fine, then I came back to smelting area later and this specific belt has turned.
