I've never gotten an error where i've had my graphics involved in this game. i have always been okay. just mod errors which the game auto fixes so thank you for that one. but this one has thrown me for a loop.
I've attached my dxdiag, screenshot as well as the log it said to post here. hopefully this is the right forum to do so.

Thanks for the report (this is right place to post it) and for sharing the screenshot, it's ... strange corruption.
Did it happen only once or do you get this more often?
First of all, please update your graphics driver. The version you have is a little bit outdated (2 years old) and possibly not fully compatible with Windows 10 update you have.
