[0.17.2] Failed to create device and swap chain

i updated factorio to 0.17 and this error booted up in any 0.17 version, so i was wondering what could it be.
in the log says that im using windows 8, nut i am using windows 10.
i will thank any help. i give the current log.

In that case, factorio.exe or steam.exe must have configured to run in Windows 8 compatibility mode in their properties.

Disabling compatibility mode, might help.
The error it failed on is "internal driver error", so updating graphics driver (if possible) might help too.

oh, i didnt knew (i updated the SO recently) that everything will be in compatibility mode.
I feel kinda stupid now.

well, not really, it does load now, but when i enter a map, EVERY texture is corrupt even at atlas (unistall and install didn´t seemed to work), im sure is the windows update i made to the computer, and the graphic card can´t take it. Other games gave me the same problems, even worser.
i will deupgrade it to windows 8.1 this weekend (hopefully) and then i will share whats going on
also, sorry for answering sooooo later, but i had exams and a project, so i cant even mess around with the drug (a.k.a. factorio).

Have you tried to reinstall graphics drivers after updating to Windows 10? Also can you post new log, please?

sorry for this late answer, but i finally get the error solved
It was the feature level of the directx . never expected that failing, but when i tried to see the value of the level, there weren´t any value.
Soo, i used the driver manager to update the directx and the problem were solved
