reserch queue error (maybe not)

someont tried to cancel Harvesting productivity 9 resarch then game crashed

I have a similar crash occurring, when I try to cancel Mining Productivity 5 it crashes. I had queued up Mining Productivity 4-7 earlier. The top right corner shows Mining prod 5 being researched while the Tech screen shows 6, the miners show 8% productivity currently. I was able to let the research finish and queue up Mining prod 6 and then cancel it without it crashing.
