[0.17.2] Priority splitter stopped working after upgrade from 0.16.51

After upgrading from 0.16.51 to 0.17.2 und loading a 0.16.51 map one of my priority splitters stopped working:

This is however the only splitter with that problem. Others are working as expected.

The problem can however be fixed easily by taking some items of the belt after the splitter or changing the splitter settings.
